Travelers should be aware that they will drive through the affected area on the Lahaina Bypass road when accessing West Maui resorts north of Lahaina. There is no parking or stopping allowed along the bypass in the affected area, and side streets turning off the bypass and Honoapiilani Highway north of the Cannery are restricted to recovery workers.
